Refund policy

At Common Grounds LGS, we always aim to provide the best service and information we can in this community. We abide by the ACL and guarantee that we always match the description given on any singles/ sealed product. 

Due to the nature of the hobby and the risk of tampering, we have a strict NO REFUNDS, NO RETURN policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

  • Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot cancel, refund or exchange the order contents. 
  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to buyers remorse or changes of mind. 
  • All sales of single cards/ graded cards and sealed products are final. 
  • All cards are authenticated and accurately described before they are listed. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for single or graded cards.  

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages

  • We are not held accountable for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, we are happy to review your case.
To be eligible for a damage claim, you must:

  1. Report the Damage Promptly. Contact us at commongroundslgs@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Provide Documentation

Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Case Review

Once we receive your claim, we will assess the damage and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Card Condition Disclaimer

The card pictured is a reference. All cards will be in similar, but not always the exact same, condition as the card photographed. By purchasing, you agree that there may be variation. 

If you have received an item that you deem mis-leading or incorrect to its description please contact us within 48 hours to discuss the product:

  1. Please provide your order number and a brief description on how you deem the item mis-leading or incorrect.
  2. Please provide photos.
  3. We will compare and assess if any mis-information was given and then proceed to a resolution 

Common Grounds LGS will also keep on file photos of single cards to assure that the card sent is fitting of the description given.
